Refund Policy

1. Introduction
Oliver Charles Coaching (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing high-quality life coaching and business coaching services, both online and in person, as well as workshops, talks, events, and online courses. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

2. Life & Business Coaching (Online & In-Person)

  • One-to-One Coaching: These sessions are nonrefundable. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for rescheduling at no extra cost. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-transferable.

  • Coaching Packages: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been attended. If sessions have commenced, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, deducting the full price of used sessions.

  • No-Shows: If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered used and is non-refundable.

3. Workshops, Talks & Events
Tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer your booking to another person (please notify us in advance).
No-shows: No refunds or transfers will be available if you do not attend without prior notice.

 

Free Events & Talks
If you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your space to someone else.
Repeated no-shows without cancellation may result in restrictions on future bookings.

Event Cancellations by Us: If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a transfer to a future event.

4. Online Courses

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided that the course has not been accessed.

  • If any part of the course has been accessed, no refund will be issued.

  • If technical issues prevent access to the course, we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund if necessary.

5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests outside these terms will be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies.

6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at oc@olivercharlescoaching.co.uk with your booking details and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days if approved.
