Reorientation Sessions

A place to pause, re-anchor, and find your footing again

There are moments when life doesn’t fall apart —
but it no longer fits.

Moments when something has shifted, quietly or suddenly, and the way forward feels unclear.

Not because you’re broken —
but because the old orientation no longer holds.

Reorientation Sessions exist for these moments.

They offer a steady, compassionate space to pause, take stock, and begin again — without pressure to fix, decide, or perform.

Who this is for

A Reorientation Session may be right for you if:

  • something in your life has changed and you feel unsettled or disoriented
  • you’re standing at a threshold but can’t yet see the path ahead
  • you feel caught between who you were and who you’re becoming
  • clarity feels just out of reach
  • you need space to slow down and listen inwardly

Many people arrive here without language — only a felt sense that returning to the old way is no longer possible.

That’s enough.

Uncertainty is not a failure. It’s often the beginning.

What this session is

A Reorientation Session tends to be a one-off, 75-minute, one-to-one session, held online.

It’s a contained space to:

  • settle your nervous system
  • reflect on what has shifted
  • reconnect with your inner compass
  • name what’s no longer working
  • gently orient toward what comes next

There is no expectation to continue beyond this session.

Sometimes one conversation is enough to find your footing again.

If it feels supportive to continue, a short series of ongoing Reorientation Sessions can be discussed together — gently and without obligation.

How I work

My approach is grounded, trauma-aware, and deeply human.

I don’t rush clarity or offer surface solutions.

Instead, I hold a steady space for reflection, embodied awareness, and honest inquiry — guided by lived experience and the principle that runs through all my work:

Holding the centre.

This is not therapy.

It’s not problem-solving.

It’s orientation — allowing what’s true to come into focus at a human pace.

Nothing needs fixing here.

What people often take from this session

People often describe leaving a Reorientation Session with:

  • a sense of steadiness where there was confusion
  • clearer internal signals
  • less urgency and self-pressure
  • renewed trust in themselves
  • a quieter sense of direction

This is not about answers.
It’s about finding your bearings.

Gentle FAQs
Do I need to know what I want from the session?

No. Many people arrive without clarity. Orientation often emerges through the conversation itself.

Is this a commitment to further coaching?

No. This is a one-off session. Any continuation is always by choice and discussed gently, if helpful.

What if I feel emotional or overwhelmed?

That’s welcome here. There’s no need to hold yourself together.

Is this therapy?

No. This is a reflective coaching session. If you need clinical or mental health support, I encourage you to seek a qualified healthcare professional.

Can this help me decide what kind of support I need next?

Yes. For some, this session brings enough clarity on its own. For others, it helps identify whether ongoing support would feel useful — or not.

An invitation

If you’re at a threshold — unsure of the way forward, but certain something has changed — this session may offer the pause you need.
