Cancellation Policy

Bookings and Payments All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation unless otherwise agreed. Confirmation and joining details will be sent upon receipt of payment. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be subject to change. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling Policy Life & Business Coaching (Online & In-Person) One-to-One Sessions: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session may be rescheduled at no extra charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable. No-Shows: If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered used and is non-refundable. Late Arrivals: Sessions will end at the scheduled time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without notice may be considered a no-show. Coaching Packages: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided that no sessions have been attended. If any sessions have been used, a pro-rata refund will be calculated, deducting the full price of used sessions. Workshops, Talks & Events Ticket purchases are non-refundable; however, you are welcome to gift your ticket(s) to someone else. If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to a future event. Online Courses Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the course has not been accessed. If any part of the course has been accessed, no refund will be issued. If technical issues prevent access, we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund if necessary. Exceptional Circumstances Refund requests outside of the above terms may be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies. Proof may be requested.
