A single hour can change everything. In this 60-minute life coaching session, we’ll cut through the noise, clear your head, and get to the heart of what’s holding you back. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in self-doubt, struggling with boundaries, or simply searching for clarity, this is your space to be heard, supported, and guided. Clients often describe these sessions as equal parts insightful, energising, and grounding — a mix of depth, humour, and practical tools that lead to real breakthroughs. My role is to listen deeply, ask the questions that spark new perspectives, and help you leave with clear actions, renewed confidence, and a sense of possibility. This isn’t just a conversation. It’s a turning point. Life Coaching Package – 6 Sessions - £360 (saving of £30) Real change takes time, consistency, and the right support. This 6-session package is designed for those ready to go beyond quick fixes and step into lasting transformation. Across our time together, we’ll explore your goals in depth, uncover what’s been holding you back, and build the tools and confidence you need to create meaningful change in your life. Each session builds on the last — giving you the clarity to see your path, the courage to set and uphold boundaries, and the confidence to take aligned action. Clients often find that with regular coaching, they gain not just breakthroughs, but also the focus, motivation, and accountability to keep moving forward. You’ll leave this journey with more than insight — you’ll have a clear vision, practical strategies, and the inner confidence to live life on your terms.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings and Payments All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation unless otherwise agreed. Confirmation and joining details will be sent upon receipt of payment. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be subject to change. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling Policy Life & Business Coaching (Online & In-Person) One-to-One Sessions: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session may be rescheduled at no extra charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable. No-Shows: If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered used and is non-refundable. Late Arrivals: Sessions will end at the scheduled time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without notice may be considered a no-show. Coaching Packages: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided that no sessions have been attended. If any sessions have been used, a pro-rata refund will be calculated, deducting the full price of used sessions. Workshops, Talks & Events Ticket purchases are non-refundable; however, you are welcome to gift your ticket(s) to someone else. If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to a future event. Online Courses Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the course has not been accessed. If any part of the course has been accessed, no refund will be issued. If technical issues prevent access, we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund if necessary. Exceptional Circumstances Refund requests outside of the above terms may be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies. Proof may be requested.
